A new, convenient and customized dictation solution called VisusREC has been developed for the Radiology Department of Hungarian National Health Center (Állami Egészségügyi Központ) by the software developers of MultiSoft. This solution was achieved by the integration of a radiological system and dictation software.
The radiologists of the institute can start their dictations directly from the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), using the software VisusREC. The finished dictations can be saved on a central server, where they can be categorized by modality (CT, MRI, UH etc). The transcriptors can immediately start creating the transcribed version of the dictations.
